Storage & units
What can I store at SYT Storage?
Our enclosed units are built for oversized toys: RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers, 5th wheels, campers, boats, trailers and exotic or collector cars.
What unit sizes do you have?
Three enclosed sizes: Large, 22 × 30 ft (660 sq ft); Oversized, 22 × 50 ft (1,100 sq ft); and Oversized Drive-Thru, 25 × 60 ft (1,500 sq ft). See units & rates.
How tall are the doors? Will my RV fit?
Every unit has a 14-foot overhead door, sized to accommodate the largest RVs. Measure your rig’s height to the top of the A/C or antenna and its overall length, then call us and we’ll help you choose the right unit.
Are the units heated?
Yes. Each unit is insulated and has a ceiling-mounted gas heater. Lease rates don’t include monthly electric or gas usage.
How are the buildings and units built?
The buildings are steel, with metal siding and roofs. Each unit is insulated, with a 14-foot electric overhead door and opener, a private man door, a ceiling-mounted gas heater, ample lighting and plenty of outlets.
Do you have pull-through (drive-thru) units?
Yes. The 25 × 60 Oversized Drive-Thru units have 14-foot overhead doors on the front and the rear, so you can pull straight through.
Can I keep a battery charger plugged in?
Yes. Units have plenty of outlets, so you can leave a battery maintainer or trickle charger connected and keep your RV, boat or car ready to go. Lease rates don’t include monthly electric or gas usage.
How new are the units?
The units were built in 2020.
Does every unit have its own door?
Yes. Each unit has its own private man door, so you can get in and out without opening the overhead door.
Rates, leasing & buying
How much does a unit cost to lease?
Current lease rates are $725/month for a 22 × 30, $1,100/month for a 22 × 50 and $1,450/month for a 25 × 60 drive-thru. Lease rates don’t include monthly electric or gas usage.
Can I buy a storage unit instead of renting?
Yes. A limited number of units are listed for sale, and owners can customize the interior after purchase. Owning gives you your own fully maintained storage space with secure, controlled 24-hour access. See buying a unit or call 406-652-7603.
How do I reserve a unit?
Reserve online any time with the Reserve a unit button, or call the office at 406-652-7603.
How do I pay my bill?
Pay online 24/7 through your account. We accept credit cards, offer auto pay and email invoicing, and leases are signed electronically.
Access, security & amenities
When can I get to my unit?
The gate is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with your unique access code. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
How is the facility secured?
A fenced property with a computer-controlled gate and unique access codes for each user, 24/7 video surveillance with digital video recording, and security lighting.
Is there an RV dump station?
Yes, there’s an onsite RV dump with water, for owners and tenants.
What amenities are on site?
Free WiFi across the entire facility, a clubhouse for tenant use with a restroom, the RV dump with water for owners and tenants, and a large paved lot with room to maneuver.
